Change in product prices
GRRShop.com has the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notice. The user is obligated to pay the price stated at the time of the purchase. In case of technical errors, GRRShop.com has the right to refuse to fulfil the order and is not obliged to compensate the user in any way but to recover the amounts paid by the user, if any.
Reduced prices appear next to old strikethrough prices. If there is not a specified term for the reduced price, this price applies until the product is available but not more than 1 month or 6 months as stipulated in Article 66, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Law.

Rights and obligations under the Consumer Protection Law
Under the Consumer Protection Law, GRRSHOP.COM is obliged to provide the following information free:

2. The main features of each product are described in detail on the relevant page
3. The product price stated on the pages presenting the product includes value added tax (VAT).
4. The product price does not include delivery costs. They are available in the Delivery Terms menu option unless otherwise stated on the delivery selecting page.
5. We do not add any additional costs in using the means of communication with us.
6. Delivery methods are described in detail in Delivery Terms.
Product Cancellation
As consumers, you have the right to cancel the products ordered within 7 working days of their receipt. The above is valid in case the products are not used except for testing (product functionality, size fit), their packaging is not damaged and its appearance (all labels, stickers, etc. should be with the product) is as upon receipt and under the other conditions under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law.
In case of cancellation of a packaged perfume and cosmetics product and if the packaging is damaged, 20% of the amount are deducted.
In case of a defective product, we are obliged to replace it with a new one in compliance with the warranty of the company, producer or artist or to refund your cost of the product under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law. The above shall be implemented within 24 hours from receipt of the product and if the product and its packaging are not damaged as of the date, on which you as a consumer have used your right of refusal. After this period or in case the product appearance or packaging is damaged, the product shall be repaired according to the conditions and warranty provided by the manufacturer or the respective artist. Transport and other costs of receiving and returning the products shall be borne by the user.
Some of the products offered on the Website are unique and handmade. Therefore, when writing a request for their re-make the user shall assume that the new product cannot copy in full the features of the product presented in the image(s) on the Website. Artists have the right to refuse re-making the product in case it is impossible and to offer a similar product. In case artists agree to make a similar product and if they do not avail the same materials, they have the right to substitute some of the materials specified in the product description but are obliged to inform the user and receive user’s written acceptance of the substitution.
Upon receipt of the package, users have to check if the content of the package matches the ordered product.
For damages in the product appearance that have occurred during its transportation, the user should contact the courier company and require a protocol for a damaged parcel.
Orders unclaimed and not received from our office are cancelled within 14 days.
