Unique and hand-made items and art

My name is Maria Ivanova or vokade. I live in a small village near the Black Sea. I have been making jewellery since 2009, when I first tried to work with polymer clay. Ever since, it has become my favourite material because it is very easy to use it and allows different techniques to be applied. I like experimenting in art, but I would say that my jewellery is mainly organic and ethnic in style. I am also interested in mixed media.

I make jewellery of epoxy resin and marine glass. I like the decoupage technique based on using polymer clay. During that time, I created a Facebook group for polymer clay in Bulgaria and was co-organizer of the first Bulgarian workshop with the participation of foreign masters. After three years in this fascinating occupation, I could say that it describes me the best. Although I graduated in another field, applied crafts are what I do with the greatest pleasure.
